 Machining Capacity
Our machining capacity is up to 300mm on diameters, however if you would like to discuss any drawings and possible production methods our Production Engineers would be happy to help.
 
At MJB we try to make the purchasing process as simple as possible and therefore offer our customers a complete service.  We will organise any additional work required on a component so that your products are supplied complete, enabling you to source from one supplier.

  • Mazak 100MSY Super Quick Turn, CNC Turn/Mill, Full C Axis, 200mm chucking, 12 station turret.
  • Star ECAS 32T CNC Sliding Head lathe, 11 Axis, Twin Spindle – Twin Turret, 32mm bar capacity, 4 metre bar feed,

      Sawing

      • Tesa-scan 25  Measuring Centre, 25mm dia. x 200mm capacity, fully programmable/automatic measuring, SPC capability.
      • Tesa Microhite 350 Vertical measuring machine.
      • Baty R14 Projector, Programmable DRO.
      • Extensive digital and conventional measuring equipment. (Bore Gauges, Micrometers etc.)
       
       
      We can assist you with your concept to production requirements offering prototype to volume production. Our continued investment in the latest technology of CNC Machines is supported by CAD/CAM off line programming. This computerised production control enables us to fully support 'Just in Time' and 'Ship to Line orders'.
